Secretariat Team Benchmark for Growth of SCM

First in SePUM in 2025, the Southeastern Caraga Mission secretariat team visited mission offices of Southeastern Philippine Union Mission to benchmark updated data management methods, April 1-3, 2025.

Administrative assistants MS Cristy Batbatan-Marquez (Head), MS Letecia Daugdaug-Ramos (Ministerial/Publishing/AMR/Adventist Mission), and MS Marchie Lagra-Mercader (SS-PM/ASI, NDR-IEL/PARL, Treasury) together with administrative assistants MS Chamberlina Seraspe-Taguno (Stewardship, ACMS), MS Darlene Joy Loropan-Estrada (Communication/Education/ChM/MSA), and Ma’am Lovely Cosejo-Durano (YM/HM/FM/WM) and ACMS Coordinator Mr. Ian Ba-al, participated in the educational trip led by SCM Executive Secretary Pastor Jerry Taguno.

“We were able to learn about the best practices of other mission offices in terms of systematic data acquisition, organization, protection, and preservation.” Darlene Joy Estrada, one of the participants, shared.

“What other mission offices have that we do not have and are applicable to our context are important that we adapt in SCM so we can improve our service to God and to our brethren,” Pastor Jerry Taguno added.

SCM administrators’ full support to the said benchmarking shows how the mission values strong standards in data management, organization, and protection.
